摘  要:目的探究院外延续营养干预对胃癌切除术患者康复及营养管理效果的影响。方法选择本院2019年3月至2020年3月入院行胃癌切除术的患者100例为研究对象,随机分为常规组和干预组各50例。常规组采取常规护理指导,干预组在常规组护理的基础上采取院外延续营养干预护理模式,比较两组康复效果、营养管理效果和护理满意度。结果出院时,两组生活质量评分、血红蛋白水平、前白蛋白水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组生活质量评分、血红蛋白水平、前白蛋白水均增高(P<0.05)。干预组的总体健康、生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康等生活质量的评分较常规组高(P<0.05)。干预组1个月后、3个月后的血红蛋白值明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组1个月后、3个月后的前白蛋白明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后干预组护理满意度评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对胃癌切除术患者采取院外延续营养干预护理,可以有效提高营养管理质量,值得在临床上应用和推广。Objective To explore the effect of continuous nutritional intervention outside the hospital on the effect of rehabilitation and nutritional management of patients undergoing gastric cancer resection.Methods A total of 100 patients admitted to our hospital for gastric cancer resection from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into routine group and intervention group randomly,with 50 cases in each group.The routine group adopted routine nursing guidance,and the intervention group adopted the outside the hospital continuous nutrition intervention nursing model on the basis of routine group nursing.The rehabilitation effect,nutrition management effect and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results At discharge,there was no significant difference in the quality of life score,hemoglobin level,and prealbumin level between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life score,hemoglobin level,and prealbumin level of the two groups increased(P<0.05).The overall health,physical function,physical pain,social function,emotional function,mental health and other quality of life scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The hemoglobin value of the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the routine group after 1 month and 3 months(P<0.05).The prealbumin in the intervention group 1 month and 3 months later was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the nursing satisfaction score of the intervention group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nutritional intervention outside the hospital for patients undergoing gastric cancer resection can effectively improve the quality of nutritional management and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
