摘 要:不论从发生频率还是严重程度的维度衡量,感染都是最重要的储存红细胞输注相关并发症。储存红细胞输注引起感染的相关危险因素有:红细胞储存时间、输注储存红细胞数量以及受血者合并其他疾病因素等。储存红细胞输注相关感染机制假说有:代谢产物与炎性/免疫功能紊乱、红细胞免疫调节功能障碍以及储存红细胞破坏导致的铁离子代谢障碍等。目前认为这些机制靶点可能与储存红细胞的氧化应激反应密切相关,因此改变储存红细胞氧化应激状态可能对减少储存红细胞输注相关感染有帮助。Whether measured in terms of frequency or severity,infection is the most important complication associated with stored red blood cell transfusion.The risk factors related to infection caused by stored red blood cell infusion include red blood cell storage time,the number of stored red blood cells infused,and other disease factors in the recipient.The hypotheses of infection mechanism related to stored red blood cell transfusion include metabolites and inflammatory/immune dysfunction,red blood cell immune regulation dysfunction,and iron ion metabolism disorder caused by the destruction of stored red blood cells.At present,it is believed that these mechanism targets might be closely related to oxidative stress response of stored red blood cells.Therefore,regulation of the oxidative stress state of stored red blood cells might be helpful in reducing stored red blood cell transfusion-related infections.
