摘　　要：为了科学推动青岛市农村地区清洁取暖工作,提高既有农房能效水平,改善室内环境舒适度,主编单位编制了《青岛市既有农房能效提升技术导则》,主要包括总则、术语、基本规定、节能评估、能效提升方案、附加阳光间、能效提升验收等内容,为既有农房能效提升工作提供重要指导和技术支撑。In order to scientifically promote clean heating in rural areas in Tsingtao,as well as improve energy efficiency and indoor comfort environment of existing rural houses,some research institutes related have compiled"Technical Guidelines for Energy Efficiency Improvement of Existing Rural Houses in Tsingtao".It mainly includes general rules,terminology,basic regulations,energy efficiency assessment,energy efficiency improvement plan,additional sunshine room,energy efficiency improvement acceptance and so on,which provide important guidance and technical support for the energy efficiency improvement of existing rural houses of Tsingtao.
