摘　　要：制备丝瓜水凝胶面膜,以黏度、保湿率及外观评价为考察指标,考察面膜最佳配方,并对面膜进行质量评价。丝瓜水凝胶面膜的最佳配方为0.6%卡波姆-980、6%甘油、5%丙二醇、0.3%三乙醇胺、0.1%蓖麻油、0.05%透明质酸、87.95%丝瓜水。该方法能较好地优选丝瓜水凝胶面膜的处方,所建立的二项式数学模型预测值良好,制得的面膜质量符合要求。To prepare loofah hydrogel facial mask,the viscosity,moisture rate and appearance were evaluated as the investigating indices.As a result,the best formula of facial mask was studied and its quality was evaluated.The best parameters are as follows:the carbomer 980 ratio is 0.6%,the glycerinum ratio is 6%,propylene glycol ratio is 5%,triethanolamine ratio is 0.3%,castor oil ratio is 0.1%,hyaluronic acid ratio is 0.05%,and Luffa water is 87.95%.This method is suitable for screening the main pharmaceutical adjuncts for loofah hydrogel facial mask and the established model is in good agreement with prediction.The quality of the mask is satisfactory.
