基于低压成套开关设备的淋雨试验装置研究

摘　　要：为验证低压成套开关设备是否满足IPX1、IPX2防护等级要求,设计了一种模拟大气淋雨的滴水试验装置。此装置主要采用承重钢结构稳平架试验台、智能远程控制系统、防堵滴水针板等,装置承重钢结构稳平架试验台满足载重需求,防堵滴水针板保持水量及水流效率,智能远程控制系统稳定调节水量及平台选装角度,并结合PID控制算法进行反馈调节。试验结果表明:该装置实现了大型低压成套开关设备IPX1、IPX2等级试验可靠高效,满足GB/T 4208—2017《外壳防护等级(IP代码)》要求。In order to verify whether the low-voltage switchgear meets the requirements of IPX1 and IPX2 protection grades,a drip test device simulating atmospheric rain is designed.This device mainly uses load-bearing steel structure stable frame test-bed,intelligent remote control system,anti blocking dripping needle plate,etc.the load-bearing steel structure stable frame test-bed meets the load demand,the anti blocking dripping needle plate maintains water quantity and water flow efficiency,the intelligent remote control system stably adjusts water quantity and platform optional angle,and combines with PID control algorithm for feedback adjustment.The test results show that:the device realizes the IPX1 and IPX2 level test of large low-voltage switchgear,which is reliable and efficient,and meets the test requirements in GB/T 4208—2017“Shell protection class(IP code)”.
