摘　　要：顶升法更换方案是用4只液压同步顶放置在立柱下平台和门座之间的四角位置,将回转支承以上部分顶起,使回转支承与立柱平台、门座分离,拆除、更换回转支承。与采用汽车吊拆除回转支承以上的部分,更换回转支承以后再重新安装的工艺相比,顶升法具有更换成本低、工期短、安全可靠、操作方便等优点。Jacking method for replacement is to place four hydraulic synchronous jacks at the four corners between the platform and the portal under the upright,and jack up the upper part of the slewing bearing to separate the slewing bearing from the upright platform and the portal,so as to remove and replace the slewing bearing.Compared with the method of removing the part above the slewing bearing by a truck crane,replacing the slewing bearing and then reinstalling the removed part,the jacking method for replacement has advantages of low replacement cost,time saving,safety,reliability and convenient operation.
