摘 要:涤纶燃烧因出现熔滴现象而甚少被用于阻燃防护服,文章采用自制阻燃剂对涤纶和毛织物进行阻燃处理,阻燃效果较好,并探讨了毛/涤混纺织物的阻燃性及断裂强度。结果表明:自制的氮磷复合阻燃剂对涤纶的阻燃级别可达B2阻燃级别,极限氧指数可达28.4%;对毛织物的阻燃效果可达到B1阻燃级别,极限氧指数可达34.7%;阻燃涤纶织物的断裂强力明显高于阻燃毛织物;阻燃毛/涤混纺织物极限氧指数均能达到难燃材料级别,当涤纶含量高于50%时,混纺织物断裂强力高于芳纶等织物。Due to the melting and dripping of polyester,it is rarely used in flame-retardant protective clothing.Self-made flame retardants have good flame-retardant effects on polyester and wool fabrics.The flame retardancy and breaking strength of wool/polyester blended fabrics were discussed.The results show that the self-made nitrogen-phosphorus composite flame retardant can reach the flame retardant level of B2 for polyester,and the limiting oxygen index can reach 28.4%;for wool fabrics,it can reach the flame retardant level of B1,and the limiting oxygen index can reach 34.7%.The breaking strength of combustible polyester is significantly higher than that of wool fabrics;when polyester is blended with wool fabrics,the limiting oxygen index can reach the level of flame retardant materials.When the polyester content is higher than 50%,the breaking strength of wool/polyester blended fabric is higher than that of aramid and other fiber fabrics.
