摘  要:为了赋予罗布麻纤维良好的抗氧化能力和染色效果,提取板栗壳棕色素等对其进行染色,对乙醇体积分数、超声波功率、超声波处理时间、提取温度、提取时间、提取次数等进行了板栗壳棕色素提取工艺优化。比较了染色前后罗布麻纤维的抗氧化性能和染色效果。试验结果显示:最佳提取工艺为乙醇体积分数35%,超声波功率300 W,超声波处理时间18 min,提取温度80℃,提取时间100 min。该工艺下色素的一次提取率提高至19.76%,5次总提取率达26.97%。色素提取液表现出良好的抗氧化性能,对羟自由基的清除率为21.56%,对1,1—二苯基—2—苦肼基的清除率高达79.29%,总抗氧化性能为98.58μmol/L,经板栗壳棕色素上染的罗布麻纤维,抗氧化性能和染色性能得到显著提升,对1,1—二苯基—2—苦肼基的清除率高达51.21%,总抗氧化性能为42.95μmol/L,色深值为2。In order to give good antioxidant capacity and dyeing effect to apocynum fiber,chestnut shell brown pigment was carried out and the process optimization of ethanol volume fraction,ultrasonic power,ultrasonic time,extraction temperature and time,experimental analysis were investigated.The antioxidant performance and dyeing effect of the apocynum fiber before and after dyeing were compared.The results showed that the optimum extraction process was 35%ethanol volume fraction,300 W ultrasonic power,18 min ultrasonic time,80℃extraction temperature and 100 min extraction time,and the extraction rate of pigment was increased to 19.76%once and 26.97%in five times.The pigment extract showed good antioxidant properties,with the scavenging rate of 21.56%for hydroxyl radicals and 79.29%for 1,1-diphenyl-2-bitter hydrazinyl radicals,and the total antioxidant property was 98.58μmol/L.The antioxidant and dyeing properties of apocynum fiber dyed with chestnut shell brown pigment were significantly improved,with the scavenging rate of 1,1-diphenyl-2-bitter hydrazinyl radicals up to 51.21%.The total antioxidant property was 42.95μmol/L and the color depth value was 2.
