摘 要:采用UV/TiO_(2)光催化体系对棉织物上偶氮活性黄X-R染料的剥色性能进行了研究,探讨了体系pH值、催化剂纳米TiO_(2)质量浓度、剥色温度和光催化时间对染色织物剥色效果的影响。同时,对剥色织物强力保留率及其纤维表面形态变化进行了研究。研究结果表明:UV/TiO_(2)光催化体系对棉织物上活性黄X-R染料具有良好的光催化剥色效果。其推荐剥色工艺为:体系初始pH值为6.0~8.0,纳米TiO_(2)质量浓度为0.02~0.06 g/L,剥色温度20℃,光催化时间30~60 min。在推荐工艺条件下,棉织物上活性黄X-R染料的光催化剥色率达到68%~80%或以上,剥色织物强力保留率可达到74%~98%。同时,扫描电镜观察显示,在较短光催化时间内,棉纤维的表面形态变化不明显,但随时间延长,纤维表面出现了刻蚀、氧化等现象,纤维表面形态发生明显变化。Nano-photocatalytic stripping is an emerging color stripping technology free from the consumption of traditional stripping agents,and is green,ecological,and environmentally-friendly.In this article,the UV/TiO_(2)photocatalytic system was utilized to explore the color stripping efficiency of azo-active yellow X-R fixed on cotton fabric,and the effects of system initial pH value,catalyst nano-TiO_(2)concentration,stripping temperature and duration on the stripping performance of the dyed fabric were investigated.Meanwhile,the tensile strength reservation as well as the changes in the morphology of striped fibers was studied.The results show that an excellent photocatalytic color stripping efficiency of the reactive yellow X-R on cotton fabric was achieved by employing the UV/TiO_(2)photocatalytic system and the recommended parameters were as follows:the pH value of the system is 6.0-8.0;the concentration of nano-TiO_(2)is 0.02-0.06 g/L;the stripping temperature is 20℃;the stripping duration is 30-60 min.A photocatalytic color stripping efficiency about 68%-80%or above for the reactive yellow X-R on cotton fabric and a tensile strength reservation about 74%-98%were obtained under the recommended conditions.The SEM results further demonstrate that non/less changes in the morphology of cotton fiber stripped by the UV/TiO_(2)photocatalytic system were observed within a short duration,however,some etching and oxidizing effects,etc.,were also observed on the fiber surfaces as the prolonging of stripping duration.nano-TiO_(2).
