摘 要:为解决宁夏奶牛热应激期间干物质采食量降低导致的产奶量下降问题,试验选择产后90 d的头胎奶牛540头,分为试验组和对照组,饲喂相同质量的TMR日粮。试验组全混合日粮中添加30 g/(d·头)曲霉发酵物。试验周期30 d。结果表明,试验组在饲喂曲霉发酵物后第7、14、28 d产奶量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);饲喂曲霉发酵物后第21、28 d干物质采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);其他时间试验组和对照组的产奶量和干物质采食量差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,奶牛热应激期间添加30 g/(d·头)曲霉发酵物能够提高干物质采食量和产奶量。In order to solve the problem of decreased milk production caused by the decrease of dry matter intake of Ningxia dairy cows during heat stress. In the experiment, 540 first-feet dairy cows 90 days postpartum were selected and divided into experimental group and control group. The cows were fed with the same quality of TMR diet. 30 g/(d·head)Aspergillus fermented product was added to the total mixed diet of the test group. The test period was 30 d. The results showed that the milk yield of the experimental group was significantly higher on the 7, 14, and 28 days after feeding the Aspergillus fermented product(P<0.05);the dry matter intake was significantly higher on the 21 st and 28 th day after feeding the Aspergillus fermented product It was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);at other times, the difference in milk production and dry matter intake between the test group and the control group was not significant(P>0.05). The studies indicated that adding 30 g/(d·head) of Aspergillus fermented product to cows during heat stress can increase dry matter intake and milk production.
