摘  要:为诊治1例猫因高楼坠落引起的后肢机能障碍,通过DR影像检查确诊为左后肢胫骨骨折、双后肢跗关节粉碎性骨折及右荐髂关节脱臼,结合临床检查和实验室化验评估患猫体况。根据检查结果制定手术治疗方案,使用接骨板与环扎钢丝施行胫骨内固定,运用拉力螺钉与克氏针完成右荐髂关节复位固定,针对跗关节粉碎性骨折采取接骨板跨关节方式固定。DR影像复查结果显示,患猫骨折断端愈合良好,回访运动功能逐步恢复,表明上述骨折和脱臼的固定方法有效,可为相似病例的临床治疗提供参考。In order to diagnose and treat the hindlimb dysfunction caused by a high-rise falling cat, the left hindlimb tibial fracture, the comminuted fracture of the tarsal joint of both hindlimbs and the dislocation of right sacroiliac joint were confirmed by DR imaging examination. The physical condition of the sick cat was evaluated by clinical examination and laboratory test. According to the results of the examination, the surgical treatment plan was formulated. The tibial internal fixation was performed by using the plate and the ring wire, the right sacroiliac articulation was reduction fixation by using the pull screw and Kirschner wire, and the fixation of comminuted tarsal joint fracture with plate across joints. DR image review showed that the fracture ends of the affected cat healed well, and the motor function was gradually restored in the later follow-up. It shows that the above fracture and dislocation fixation method is effective, which can provide reference for the clinical treatment of similar fracture cases.
