结直肠癌患者血清组织蛋白酶B与IL-22、IL-17水平的相关分析

摘　　要：目的通过检测分析不同分期结直肠癌患者(CRC)血清中组织蛋白酶B(CB)和白细胞介素(IL)-17、IL-22水平的相关性,为结直肠癌转移的早期诊断及防治提供新的线索。方法选取CRC患者82例作为CRC组,30例健康志愿者为健康对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测所有研究对象血清中CB和IL-17、IL-22水平并分析其相关性。结果 CRC组患者血清中CB、IL-17、IL-22水平均明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05),且随着病情发展,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的CRC患者血清CB、IL-17、IL-22水平明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05),中高分化的CRC患者血清CB、IL-17、IL-22水平明显低于低分化的患者(P<0.05);相关分析显示,CRC患者血清CB水平与IL-17、IL-22水平均呈显著正相关(r=0.835 1,P<0.001;r=0.955 1,P<0.001)。结论 CRC患者血清CB、IL-17、IL-22水平随疾病进展均明显升高,且CB水平与IL-17、IL-22水平呈显著正相关,相关机制有待进一步探索。Objective To detect and analyze the correlation between serum cathepsin B(CB)level with serum interleukin(IL)-17 and IL-22 levels in the patients with different stages of colorectal cancer(CRC)to provide the new clue for early diagnosis,prevention and treatment of CRC metastasis.Methods A total of 82 patients with CRC were selected as the CRC group and 32 healthy volunteers were selected as the healthy control group.The levels of serum CB,IL17 and IL-22 levels in all study subjects were detected by adopting the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and their correlation was analyzed.Results The serum CB,IL-7 and IL-22 levels in the CRC group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05),moreover with the disease condition progress,the serum CB,IL-17 and IL-22 levels in the patients with stageⅢ-ⅣCRC were significantly higher than those in the patients with stageⅠ-Ⅱ(P<0.05);the serum CB,IL-17 and IL-22 levels in the patients with moderate and high differentiation of CRC were significantly lower than those in the patients with low differentiation of CRC(P<0.05);The correlation analysis showed that serum CB level in the patients with CRC had significantly positive correlation with serum IL-17 and IL-22 levels(r=0.8351,P<0.001;r=0.9551,P<0.001).Conclusion The levels of serum CB,IL-17 and IL-22 levels in the patients with CRC are significantly increased with the progression of the disease,moreover CB has significantly positive correlation with IL-17 and IL-22,and its related mechanisms need to be further explored.
