摘　　要：目的:分析河南省中医医院临床科主任管理能力提升培训现状,为全省临床科主任管理能力培训提供参考。方法:对参加2019年度“河南省中医医院临床科室主任管理能力提升培训班”人员开展问卷调查和统计,深入分析河南省中医医院临床科主任管理能力现状、存在问题和形成原因。结果:被调查者普遍存在管理理念相对滞后、管理知识贫乏、管理手段相对单一的现象;中医医院临床科主任管理能力提升类培训频次少,缺乏系统性、规范性。结论:辨证施教,创新培训体制机制,进一步强化管理能力提升培训,对中医医院临床科主任更新管理理念,提升管理效能,构建一批具备高水平管理能力的科室主任队伍,传承创新发展中医药十分必要。Objective:To analyze the current situation of management ability training of clinical department directors in Henan Chinese medicine hospital,and put forward the measures.Methods:The questionnaire survey was carried out for the personnel who participated in the 2019"training course for improving the management ability of clinical department directors of Henan Chinese medicine hospital",then analyzing the current situation,problems and reasons.Results:There are some common phenomena in the respondents,such as relatively backward management concept,lack of management knowledge,and relatively single management means.The training frequency of improving the management ability of clinical department directors in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals is less,and lack of systematic and normative.Conclusion:It is very necessary for us to innovate the training system and mechanism,further strengthen the management ability and enhance the training,update the management concepts and improve the management efficiency for the clinical department directors,build a group of department directors with high level management ability,and inherit and innovate the development of Chinese medicine.
