摘　　要：加强复合型卫生人才队伍建设,是中医药事业发展的迫切要求。作为高水平中医院内涵式发展的重要载体,中医临床博士后制度是培养高层次中医药人才的重要途径,如何在“双轨制”培养模式下提高博士后临床能力成为当前博士后流动站重点思考和解决的问题。笔者以广州中医药大学第一附属医院为例,从HSM理论出发,对中医临床博士后特征进行分析,针对高层次医学人才培养的实际需要,从知识维、时间维、要素维3个角度出发,探索符合中医人才成长规律的临床能力培养路径,为高水平中医院高层次复合型人才培养提供系统的理论指导。Strengthening the construction of compound health personnel is an urgent requirement for the development of TCM.As an important carrier for the congenial development of high-level TCM hospitals,the TCM clinical postdoctoral system is an important way to cultivate high-level TCM talents.How to improve the clinical postdoctoral ability under the"dual-track"training mode has become a key issue to be considered and solved in the current post-doctoral research stations.In this paper,in the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine,for example,starting from the theory of HSM,analysis the characteristic of TCM clinical postdoctoral,in view of the practical need high-level medical talents cultivation,from the factors of knowledge dimension and time dimension,three dimensional perspective,exploring obeys the law of talents of traditional Chinese medicine clinical ability training path,to provide high level hospital of high-level compound talents cultivation system of theoretical guidance.
