润燥止痒胶囊联合氯雷他定治疗皮肤瘙痒症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察润燥止痒胶囊联合氯雷他定治疗皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法:将皮肤瘙痒症患者80例随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予氯雷他定片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加服润燥止痒胶囊治疗。观察比较2组临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为90.00%,对照组为72.50%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为7.50%,对照组为25.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:润燥止痒胶囊联合氯雷他定治疗皮肤瘙痒症可提高临床疗效,降低不良反应,疗效优于单纯氯雷他定片治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Runzao Zhiyang capsules combined with loratadine for skin pruritus.Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with skin pruritus were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with loratadine tablets, and the observation group was additionally treated with Runzao Zhiyang capsules based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed and compared. Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 90.00% in the observation group and 72.50% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.50% in the observation group and 25.00% in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Runzao Zhiyang capsules combined with loratadine for skin pruritus can improve the clinical effect and reduce the adverse reactions,whose curative effect is better than that of simple loratadine tablets.
