摘 要:纳米制剂是一类利用纳米技术制备的新型递药系统制剂,可改善药物生物利用度。近年来的相关研究表明,以蛋白质为纳米载体,与疏水性药物形成纳米复合物,使其具有毒性小、选择性好、生物利用度高的优良特性。本文主要对以蛋白质为载体的纳米制剂的质量研究现状进行综述,总结了运用现代分析技术建立的相关质量指标,旨在为这类制剂的研究发展提供有效便捷的质量控制方法和参考。Nano-preparation is one type of new drug delivery systems prepared by nanotechnology to improve the bioavailability of drugs. In recent year,studies have shown that protein used as the nano-carrier can load hydrophobic drugs to obtain nano-complexes,which have the great characteristics of low toxicity,good selectivity and high bioavailability. In this paper,the current status of quality research on protein-based nano-preparations is reviewed,and the main quality indicators developed by modern analytical techniques are summarized,so as to provide effective and convenient quality control method and reference for the research and development of protein-based nano-preparations.
