摘　　要：杜仲是我国特有的名贵中药材,含有多糖、木脂素、环烯醚萜类、苯丙素类和黄酮类等多种化学成分,其中多糖类成分是杜仲的主要活性成分之一。杜仲多糖主要由葡萄糖、果糖、甘露糖、岩藻糖、半乳糖和阿拉伯糖6种单糖组成,具有降血糖、抗肝纤维化、抗疲劳、抗毒副作用和提高免疫力等作用。本文对杜仲多糖的提取方法和药理作用的研究现状进行了综述,以期为杜仲多糖的研究与应用提供参考。Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.is a rare Chinese herbal medicine unique to China.It contains polysaccharides,lignans,iridoids,phenylpropanoids and flavonoids,among which polysaccharides are one of the main active components of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv..Eucommia ulmoides polysaccharide is mainly composed of glucose,fructose,mannose,fucose,galactose and arabinose,and has the effects of lowering blood sugar level,resisting hepatic fibrosis,resisting fatigue,resisting toxic side effects and improving immunity.In this paper,the extraction methods and pharmacological effects of eucommia ulmoides polysaccharide were reviewed to provide reference for the future research and application of eucommia polysaccharide.
