企业职工安全行为与安全文化要素相关性分析

摘　　要：基于组织和职工2个层面安全文化划分,明确了影响企业职工安全文化的7个要素,即职工层面的安全态度和价值观、行为能力、行为习惯,组织层面的技术与工艺、制度与程序、精神产品和行为方式。以此为依据设计了企业职工安全文化测量量表并进行测量。基于SPSS对企业职工安全行为与安全文化各要素间相关性进行验证性因子分析。分析结果表明,价值理念影响着企业安全文化的各要素,行为习惯和精神产品是影响行为能力的主要因素。Based on the division of safety culture between the organization and the staff,seven factors influencing the safety culture of the enterprise staff were defined,namely the safety attitude and values,behavior ability,behavior habit of the staff,technology and process,system and procedure and spiritual products of the organization level.Based on this,the safety culture measurement scale was designed and measured.Based on SPSS,the correlation between employee safety behavior and safety culture was analyzed.The analysis results show that the value concept affects all the elements of the enterprise safety culture,and the behavior habit and spiritual products are the main factors affecting the behavior ability.
