石英玻璃中杂质对光纤损耗影响的研究

摘　　要：石英玻璃根据生产加工的工艺可以分为四类,不同工艺生产的石英玻璃其杂质含量也不相同。石英玻璃作为光纤预制棒生产过程中必不可少的辅助材料[1],其中的杂质含量会对生产的预制棒最终的拉丝光纤衰减产生影响。为避免因杂质吸收产生的衰减,需要根据使用的工况要求选择合适的石英玻璃。Silica glass can be divided into four categories according to the production process,and the impurity content of silica glass produced by different processes is also different.Silica glass is an indispensable auxiliary material in the production process of optical fiber preform[1].The impurity content of Silica glass produced by different processes is different,and the impurity content in Silica glass will affect the final fiber attenuation of the preform produced.In order to avoid the attenuation caused by the absorption of impurities,it is necessary to select the appropriate silica glass according to the requirements of the working conditions.
