摘　　要：2018年以来,国务院决定试点并全面开展工程建设项目审批改革工作,这意味着以工程建设项目审批管理系统为实施载体,通过信息化技术的支撑手段、信息化治理方式,开启了空间治理新探索。以此为契机,长沙市在已有“多规合一”信息平台建设的基础上,推动数据治理向信息化治理升级,创新空间治理方式,推进工程建设项目审批管理系统建设,在事权、并联审批、机制体制等方面进行探索实践,通过信息化治理推动新时代空间治理技术的创新,推动空间高质量发展。The State Council has decided to pilot and comprehensively carry out the reform of construction project approval since 2018,which means the construction project approval management system,as the implementation carrier,has opened a new exploration of space governance through the support means of information technology and information governance methods.In order to innovate spatial governance capability,Changsha explores construction project approval management system,practices in authority,parallel approval,mechanism and system,while promoting the upgrading of data governance to information governance based on the existing"multi-plan integration"information platform.Information governance model will empower space governance and high quality urban development in the new era.
