摘  要:为了对63式退役装甲车进行再利用及提高我国应急救援车辆综合能力,提出将退役装甲车再制造成全电驱动应急救援车,阐述了总体技术方案、系统构成、工作原理及车辆特点,最后对基于63式退役装甲车再制造的全电驱动应急救援车辆进行了试验。试验结果表明:基于63式退役装甲车再制造的全电驱动应急救援车辆满载时公路最高时速60 km/h,松软草地最高时速50 km/h,最大爬坡度60%,可攀垂直墙高0.4 m;该车地域通过性强,运行噪声小,污染排放小,具备红外隐身性能,具有对外提供电源、集成电动应急救援设备的能力,制造成本低,综合应急救援能力强。In order to reuse type 63 decommissioned armored vehicle and improve the comprehensive ability of emergency rescue vehicle in China,it is proposed to remanufacture decommissioned armored vehicle into fully electric drive emergency rescue vehicle.The overall technical scheme,system composition,working principle and vehicle characteristics are described,and finally the fully electric drive emergency rescue vehicle based on remanufactured type 63 decommissioned armored vehicle is tested.The test results show that the fully electric drive emergency rescue vehicle based on remanufactured type 63 decommissioned armored car with full load can reach a maximum speed of 60 km/h,a maximum speed of 50 km/h on soft grassland and a maximum gradeability of 60%,and can climb vertical wall to a height of 0.4 m;the vehicle has strong geographical trafficability,low operating noise,low pollution emission,infrared stealth performance,the ability to provide external power and integrate electric emergency rescue equipment,low manufacturing cost and strong comprehensive emergency rescue capability.
