摘  要:在分析环卫推土机工况特点的基础上,针对环卫推土铲护栏结构,基于简支梁弯曲强度理论,分析得出影响护栏强度的主要因素是护栅截面性质,并设计板条、圆管、三棱柱杆、圆柱杆和方钢管5种结构。在近似相同截面面积,即保证每种结构重量基本一致的情况下,运用应力分析软件,得到同一外力加载时5种护栏结构的应力和应变数据。通过对数据进行分析研究,获得较优的结构设计方案,旨在提高护栏结构强度,可为类似结构件设计提供参考。On the basis of analyzing working condition characteristics of sanitation bulldozer,in view of guardrail structure of sanitation dozer blade,and based on simply supported beam bending strength theory,it is concluded that the main factor affecting the strength of guardrail is the nature of guardrail section.Therefore,five types of structures are designed,including slat,tube,triangular prism rod,cylindrical rod and square steel tube.Under the condition of approximately the same cross-sectional area,that is,to ensure that the weight of each structure is basically the same,stress analysis software is used to obtain the stress-strain data of five guardrail structures when the same external force is loaded.Through analysis and research of the data,optimal structural design scheme is obtained,which is to improve the structural strength of guardrail and can provide a reference for the design of similar structural parts.
