摘  要:针对目前高速铁路建设中普遍存在的单、双线共存的箱梁架设需求,结合箱梁结构特点,提出一种能够同时满足铁路250 km/h双线箱梁和单线箱梁架设的新型架桥机——JQLS800型架桥机,该机设计采用了轮胎驱动走行一次纵移到位的新型过孔方式。介绍JQLS800型架桥机的主要技术参数、总体结构组成以及施工作业流程,对关键工况进行有限元分析,结果表明设计强度和刚度均满足要求。In view of common requirements of both single-track and double-track box girder erection in current high-speed railway construction,combined with the structural characteristics of box girder,a new type of erecting machine-model JQLS800 bridge erector is proposed,which can simultaneously meet the requirements of 250 km/h railway doubletrack box girder erection and singletrack box girder erection.This machine is designed with a new type of vias mode that is driven by tires to move longitudinally one time in place.The main technical parameters,overall structure composition and construction process of model JQLS800 bridge erector are introduced,finite element analysis is performed on key working conditions,and the results show that the design strength and stiffness meet the requirements.
