摘 要:木芯FRP型材由纤维增强复合材料(FRP)外壳和轻木芯材组成,采用拉挤成型工艺制备。木芯FRP拉挤型材、木芯和FRP轴心抗拉试验结果表明:木芯FRP拉挤型材轴心承压时,虽然木芯与FRP外壳能共同工作,但木芯承受了大部分的压力,与FRP空管相比其抗压极限承载力提高了73%;木芯FRP拉挤型材在受拉时,木芯首先断裂,导致外壳局部受到螺栓作用而压溃,承载力下降。The FRP profile with wood core is composed of fiber reinforced polymer(FRP)and light wood core,which is prepared by pultrusion process.The axial tensile tests of pultruded FRP profiles with wood core,wood cores and FRP are carried out.The results show that when the wood core and FRP shell worked together,the wood core bore most of the pressure.Compared with the empty FRP pipe,the compressive ultimate bearing capacity of the pultruded FRP profile with wood core is increased by 73%.When the pultruded FRP profiles with wood core are in tension,the wood core is broken first,which leads to the collapse of the shell due to the bolt action,and the bearing capacity decreases.
