全面推进河南省乡村产业振兴的若干政策建议

摘　　要：根据我们对河南省11个市30多个县乡村产业振兴模式及政策支持调研,针对调研中发现的影响乡村产业发展的主要问题,我们提出七个政策建议:加大粮食等农产品安全供给的政策支持力度,加大对特色种养加产业链延伸模式的政策支持力度,加快农村土地制度改革步伐,构建现代乡村产业体系,推进农村集体产权制度改革,提高乡村治理能力和水平,促进工商资本有序下乡.According to the investigate and survey of rural industry revitalization model and policy support in more than 30 counties of 11 cities in Henan Province,in view of the main problems affecting the development of rural industry found in the survey,we put forward seven policy recommendations:increasing policy support to ensure the safe supply of grain and other agricultural products,increasing policy support for the extension mode of the industrial chain of characteristic planting and breeding,speeding up the rural land system reform,building a modern rural industry system,promoting the reform of the rural collective property right system,improving the capability and level of rural governance,and promoting the industrial and commercial capital orderly go to the countryside.
