摘 要:法国作为拥有独立、自主、完整核工业体系的国家,在核燃料领域一直处于世界领先水平,文章从知识产权的角度,对法国CEA和AREVA近五年核燃料领域重点专利进行分析,重点从专利申请量、地域分布、同族专利及专利引用关系等多个维度,分析法国CEA和AREVA在全球的专利布局情况,并通过其全球专利布局的策略及重点专利的分布情况,预判其技术研发方向及市场布局情况,为我国核燃料的发展及市场战略提供借鉴及预警。France,as a country with independence and complete nuclear industry system,has been in the world leading level in the field of nuclear fuel.From the perspective of intellectual property intellectual property rights,this paper analyzes the key patents in the field of nuclear fuel in France CEA and AREVA in the past five years,focusing on the number of patent applications,geographical distribution,family patents and patent citation relationships,and analyzes the global patent layout of French CEA and AREVA,and prejudges its technological research and development direction and market layout through its global patent layout strategy and distribution of key patents,It provides reference and early warning for the development and market strategy of nuclear fuel in China.
