摘　　要：夹层玻璃的生产工艺主要包括多段辊压、高压釜、间歇式/连续式真空层压、现场浇铸以及快速熔合射频层压等,这些工艺设备及生产条件等都会对夹层玻璃的生产造成一定的影响。通过对玻璃结构和夹层玻璃生产工艺进行分析,指出夹层玻璃炸裂的影响因素,提出有效控制措施,为稳定生产高性能夹层玻璃提供借鉴和参考。The manufacture process of laminated glass mainly includes multi-stage roller press,autoclave,intermittent/continuous vacuum lamination,field casting and fast fusion RF lamination.These process equipment and technology conditions will have a certain impact on the production of laminated glass.Based on the analysis of glass structure and process technology of laminated glass,the influencing factors of laminated glass cracking are pointed out,and effective control measures are put forward,so as to provide reference for stable production of high performance laminated glass.
