摘 要:针对四氯化钛制备用熔盐体系物性恶化带来的能源浪费和环保压力,从四氯化钛制备工艺的角度,阐明了熔盐体系成分变化的原因.在分析熔盐体系物性变化对氯化过程影响的基础上,评述了国内外四氯化钛制备用熔盐介质的构成及发展;对含NaCl、MgCl_(2)、CaCl_(2)、FeCl_(2)、AlCl_(3)、MnCl_(2)和KCl的多元复合熔盐体系的物性研究方法、密度、表面张力、粘度和熔体结构的研究结果进行总结归纳;指出了目前四氯化钛制备用熔盐体系研究中存在的问题.最后,结合我国攀西高钙镁钛渣熔盐氯化生产的实际需求,提出了需要借助更新的手段和方法开展多元氯化物熔盐体系的物性研究,并将熔盐物性研究与熔盐结构研究相结合的新思路,从微观结构角度揭示熔盐物性变化的原因,以彻底解决实际生产中熔盐物性恶化造成的能源与资源浪费问题.This article clarifies the reasons for the changes in the composition of the molten salt system from the perspective of the preparation process of titanium tetrachloride in view of the energy waste and environmental protection pressure caused by the deterioration of the physical properties of the molten salt system for the preparation of titanium tetrachloride.Based on the analysis of the influence of changes in the physical properties of the molten salt system on the chlorination process,the composition and development of the molten salt medium for the preparation of titanium tetrachloride at home and abroad are reviewed.The research methods of the physical properties of the multi-element composite molten salt system containing NaCl,MgCl_(2),CaCl_(2),FeCl_(2),AlCl_(3),MnCl_(2)and KCl and the research results of density,surface tension,viscosity and melt structure are summarized.The current problems in the research of the molten salt system for the preparation of titanium tetrachloride are pointed out.Finally,in accordance with the actual needs of Panxi high calcium magnesium titanium slag molten salt chlorination production,it is proposed that newer methods and methods are needed to carry out the physical property research of the multi-chloride molten salt system,and the molten salt physical property research and the molten salt structure research combining new ideas to analyze the causes of changes in the physical properties of molten salt from the perspective of microstructure,so as to completely solve the waste of energy and resources caused by the deterioration of molten salt physical properties in actual production.
