摘 要:针对现有钛废料脱氧方法存在效率低、金属/熔盐分离困难等问题,提出了一种在MgCl_(2)-LaCl_(3)熔盐中,采用Mg作脱氧剂脱除钛废料中固溶氧的新方法.通过热力学计算和实验结果分析,证实了LaOCl的生成(O(inβ-Ti)+Mg(l)+LaCl_(3)(l)=MgCl_(2)(l)+LaOCl(s))有效降地低了MgO的活度,促进了镁深度脱氧,Ti中氧含量可降低至1×10^(-3)以下(甚至5×10^(-4)以下).随着熔盐中LaCl_(3)的活度逐渐增大,钛中氧含量逐渐降低,当LaCl_(3)的活度为0.9时,氧含量可降至2.8×10^(-4)左右.上述结果表明:在MgCl_(2)-LaCl_(3)熔盐中,采用Mg作脱氧剂,可有效地降低钛废料中的固溶氧,且脱氧效果显著.本研究将为钛废料的清洁高效脱氧提供一种新方法,将加快推进钛废料的回收利用.Given the disadvantage of a low efficiency and difficulty in separation of molten salt from metal,a new method is proposed to directly remove dissolved oxygen from titanium(Ti)scrap in MgCl_(2)-LaCl_(3)flux by using Mg as deoxidant.Based on the thermodynamic analysis and experimental results,the generation of LaOCl(O(inβ-Ti)+Mg(l)+LaCl_(3)(l)=MgCl_(2)(l)+LaOCl(s))has been proved to effectively reduce the activity of MgO and promote the deep deoxidation of magnesium,reducing the oxygen content in Ti with below 1×10^(-3)(even below 5×10^(-4)).The oxygen content in Ti gradually decreases with the increase of the activity of LaCl_(3)in flux.When the activity of LaCl_(3)is 0.9,the oxygen content can be reduced to about 2.8×10^(-4).The results show that the dissolved oxygen in the Ti scrap can be effectively reduced using Mg as eoxidant in MgCl_(2)-LaCl_(3)flux,showing remarkable deoxidization effect.A new method for the clean and efficient deoxidation of Ti scrap is provide in this research,accelerating the recycling of Ti scrap.
