摘 要:以福建某教学楼为例,先对建筑结构进行裂缝、倾斜或不均匀沉降测量、材料强度检测及结构静力验算分析,评定出结构危险构件,再分别就考虑危险构件及未考虑危险构件对结构关联性影响进行建筑危险性鉴定分析。研究结果表明:考虑危险构件对建筑结构关联性影响得到的建筑鉴定结果,更加科学、客观、可靠,更能真实反映结构危险程度。Taking a teaching building in Fujian as an example,the structural cracking,measurement building of tilting or uneven settlement,material strength testing and structural static checking analysis are carried out on the structure,and the structural dangerous components are evaluated.Construction risk identification analysis are carried out on the structural relevance of considering dangerous components and not considering dangerous components.The research results show that the building appraisal results obtained by considering the impact of dangerous components on the relevance of the building structure are more scientific,objective and reliable,and can truly reflect the degree of structural danger.
