电热中药砭石腰带疗法对腰痛症患者腰痛评分的影响

摘　　要：目的对腰痛症患者采用电热中药砭石腰带疗法治疗的影响进行探讨。方法选取2019年1月至2020年5月江阴市中医院就诊的65例腰痛症患者为研究对象,采用单双号抽签的方式随机分组实施研究,抽取单号的33例患者纳入对照组,采用传统砭石疗法,抽取双号的32例患者纳入观察组,采用电热中药砭石腰带疗法。对比两组患者治疗效果、不同时间段腰痛评分情况、生活质量改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不同时间段的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分显著低于干预前及对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对腰痛症患者采用电热中药砭石腰带疗法可获得积极的治疗效果,可改善患者腰痛情况,促使患者生活质量得以提升。Objective To explore the influence of electrothermal Chinese medicine Bian stone belt therapy on Lumbago score.Methods A total of 65 patients with lumbago admitted to Jiangyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were in random groups by drawing lots with single and double numbers.33 patients with single number were selected into the control group and received traditional bian stone therapy,while 32 patients with double number were selected into the observation group and received electrothermal Chinese medicine Bian stone belt therapy.The treatment effect,lumbago score at different time periods,lumbar function score and improvement of quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the treatment effect of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05);VAS scores in observation group at different time periods were significantly lower than those before intervention and control group(P<0.05);the quality of life score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05)Conclusion For patients.with Lumbago,electrothermal Chinese medicine Bian stone belt therapy can obtain positive therapeutic effect,improve the patients'Lumbago,improve their lumbar function,and promote the quality of life of patients.
