摘  要:地下粮仓因其周围地层的低温或准低温环境对保障粮食品质安全具有显著优势,它是构建绿色生态储粮体系的重要技术支撑。结合工程实际提出一种圆形钢板-混凝土组合地下粮仓,该新型地下粮仓的圆筒形仓壁是由钢板和混凝土两种异材组成的钢板-混凝土组合仓壁(薄柱壳),其强度计算决定着组合仓壁的安全性,是首要应该解决的问题。弹性力学经典的受压圆筒应力计算公式对其不适用,为了研究该组合仓壁的弹性应力求解问题,采用地下结构常用的荷载-结构法,将外侧水土作用简化为沿圆筒外侧均布径向压力,引入了3个假设,建立了受均匀外压作用下的双层异材圆筒计算模型。根据弹性力学理论,计算模型的应力边界条件、界面条件和位移单值条件,推导了受均匀外压双层异材圆筒的应力计算公式。以圆形地下粮仓实际工程的结构参数,建立了钢板-混凝土组合仓壁工程算例,利用推导的双层异材圆筒应力计算公式求得工程算例的解析解,采用有限元法得到工程算例的数值解,二者吻合良好,验证了该双层异材圆筒应力计算公式的正确性。推导的受均匀外压双层异材圆筒弹性应力计算公式解决了地下圆形粮仓钢板-混凝土组合仓壁的应力求解问题,为地下圆形粮仓钢板-混凝土组合仓壁工程应用提供理论参考。Food security concerns national economy and people’ s livelihood. Underground silo plays an important role in guaranteeing the safety of grain quality,and is also an important technical support for building a green and ecological grain storage system. The underground silo is an important technical development for building a new system of green grain storage. Compared with the overground silo,the underground silo makes full use of the underground space,which shows significant advantages such as low temperature,loss reduction,eco-friendly environment,land saving,energy saving and safety in grain storage.Currently,such technology has become one of the important research interests in the food industry. In this study,a new type of underground silo consisting of precast steel plate-concrete composite walls was proposed. For the steel plate-concrete composite silo wall( thin column shell) composed of steel plate and concrete,the elastic stress of the composite silo wall was studied under the action of uniformly distributed external pressure. According to the theory of elastic mechanics,the stress boundary condition,interface condition and displacement single value condition of the calculation model were established,and then the stress calculation formula of the double-layer cylindrical shell subjected to uniform external pressure was derived.Taking the structural parameters of the steel-concrete composite silo wall as an example,the calculation results of the example were obtained by using the stress calculation formula derived in this study,and the numerical solutions of the example was obtained by using the finite element method. These results match well,which shows the stress calculation formula is reasonable. The formula for calculating the elastic stress of double layer different material cylinder under uniform external pressure can solve the stress problem of steel-concrete composite wall of underground circular silo,which provides a theoretical reference for the application of steel plate-concrete composite sil
