关于国内电梯管理的几点探讨

摘　　要：近年来国内电梯使用量保持高速增长的趋势,与之配套的制造、安装、维保、检验检测、改造及使用环节出现了一些管理困难。在这里,简单介绍了国内电梯设备的现状,分析了目前电梯管理全链条中一些环节存在的问题,并结合从业经验提出了一些建议。Recently elevators and escalators grow vapidly,many management problems can be found in the aspects of manufacture、assembling、maintenance and repair、inspection and testing process etc..The condition of the elevator and escalator in our country is briefly illustrated,the exist management problems in the overall trace from design to repair are analysed out,some new solution ideas based on our experience are put forward.
