摘　　要：本文主要讨论如何解决企业多年信息化建设,从初步实现业务、生产过程的电子化改造,到如何运用企业流程和主数据管理解决高速发展中对业务协同、数据融合的问题,通过整合现有系统,以企业的管理、经营、考核为主线,形成“人、财、业务”完整的企业资源信息化协同运营,最终建立统一的数据规则,通过打通企业经营、生产、管理各个数据应用环节,将关键数据融合起来,形成企业数据资产,使各个业务板块实现信息互通,通过系统“随需而变”灵活性,助力企业跨越式发展。This paper mainly discusses how to solve the enterprise information construction for many years,from the initial realization of the electronic transformation of business and production process,to how to use the enterprise process and master data management to solve the problems of business collaboration and data fusion in the rapid development.By integrating the existing system and taking the enterprise's management,operation and assessment as the main line,a complete"human,financial and business"is formed Enterprise resource information collaborative operation,and ultimately establish a unified data rules,through the enterprise operation,production,management of various data application links,the key data fusion,the formation of enterprise data assets,so that all business sectors to achieve information exchange,through the system"change with demand"flexibility,to help enterprises leap forward development.
