围手术期患儿父母护理服务感知与其应对方式的关系研究

摘　　要：目的了解围手术期患儿父母护理服务感知的现状,分析护理服务感知对患儿父母应对方式的影响。方法便利选取2019年10—12月河南省3所三级综合医院行手术治疗的患儿父母500名为研究对象,应用一般资料调查表、护理服务Servqual测评量表、父母应对方式量表(CHIP)进行调查,应用Pearson相关分析和分层回归分析探讨患儿父母护理服务感知对其应对方式的影响。共发放问卷500份,回收有效问卷476份,有效回收率为95.2%。结果476名围手术期患儿父母护理服务感知均分为(3.99±0.56)分,应对方式总分为(92.25±9.38)分。Pearson相关分析结果显示,围手术期患儿父母护理服务感知总分与应对方式总分呈正相关(r=0.271,P<0.05)。单因素分析结果显示,围手术期患儿父母应对方式得分在是否独生子女、父母文化程度、家庭居住地、家庭月收入方面的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分层回归分析显示,控制一般资料后,护理服务感知量表中保证性和移情性是围手术期患儿父母应对方式的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论围手术期患儿父母护理服务感知影响其应对方式,临床护理人员应采取针对性措施改进护理服务质量,提高患儿父母对护理服务质量的感知度,从而帮助患儿父母以更加积极的方式应对疾病。Objective To explore the current situation of nursing service perception in parents of children during the perioperative period,and to analyze the impact of nursing service perception on the coping style of children's parents.Methods From October to December 2019,a total of 500 parents of children who underwent surgery in three ClassⅢgeneral hospitals in Henan Province were conveniently selected as the research subject.The survey was conducted with the General Information Questionnaire,Nursing Service Servqual Scale,Coping Health Inventory for Parents(CHIP).Pearson correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used to explore the impact of nursing service perception of children's parents on their coping styles.A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed,and 476 valid questionnaires were returned with the effective response rate of 95.2%.Results Among 476 parents of children during the perioperative period,total scores of nursing service perception and coping style were(3.99±0.56)and(92.25±9.3)respectively.The result of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of nursing service perception of parents of children during perioperative period was positively correlated with the total score of coping style(r=0.271,P<0.05).The results of univariate analysis showed that the scores of parents'coping styles of children during perioperative period were statistically significant in terms of whether they were the only child,educational level of parents,family residence,and monthly family income(P<0.05).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that after controlling general data,assurance and empathy in the Nursing Service Servqual Scale were the main factors affecting the coping style of parents of children during perioperative period with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing service perceptions of parents of children during perioperative period affect their coping styles.Clinical nursing staff should take targeted measures to improve the quality of nursing service,and in
