摘　　要：本文对就医体验的概念、儿科就医体验测量工具的开发及应用进行综述,分析测量工具的信效度、研究对象、内容结构、条目数量和应用现状,探讨国外测量工具的优缺点,旨在为国内儿科就医体验测量工具的研发提供依据和借鉴,进而能够切实评价儿科就医体验,改善儿科医疗服务,构建和谐的就医环境。This paper reviews the concept of patient experience,the application and development of measurement tools for pediatric patient experience.It analyzes the reliability and validity,research object,content structure,number of items,and application status of the measurement tools,and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of foreign measurement tools.The aim is to provide basis and reference for the research and development of domestic pediatric medical experience measurement tools,so as to effectively evaluate pediatric medical experience,improve pediatric medical services,and build a harmonious medical environment.
