摘 要:对700℃超超临界塔式切圆燃烧锅炉的水冷壁进行设计,总体方案为下部炉膛采用螺旋管水冷壁,上部炉膛采用垂直管汽冷壁。以660 MW等级700℃塔式切圆燃烧锅炉为设计对象,确定了其水冷壁的结构参数、热力边界条件和热负荷分布曲线,并对其水动力进行了计算。根据管壁温度和鳍片温度计算结果,确定水冷壁材料为水冷壁管下部采用12Cr1MoVG材料,鳍片采用12Cr1MoV材料;水冷壁管上部采用SA213-T92材料,鳍片采用SA387-Gr91材料。The water wall in 700℃ultra supercritical tangentially fired tower type boiler is designed in this paper.The spiral water wall tubes are adopted in the lower furnace wall,while the vertical steam-cooled tubes are adopted in the upper furnace wall.The hydrodynamic characteristics in water wall of 660 MW class 700℃ultra supercritical tangentially fired tower type boiler is studied based on the dimension parameters,thermal parameters and heat flux distribution curves,and the temperature of water wall tube and fin are calculated.Based on the calculation results,12Cr1MoVG water wall tube and 12Cr1MoV fin are adopted in the lower water wall,while SA213-T92 water wall tube and SA387-Gr91 fin are adopted in the upper water wall.
