摘 要:利用数值模拟方法研究SG-旋风水煤浆气化炉的运行状态及结构参数对其影响,以3000 t/d级气化炉为对象建立三维模型,采用Realizable k-ε模型模拟湍流扩散,随机轨道模型考察离散相运动,P1辐射模型考虑散射、辐射以及气体与颗粒间辐射换热的影响,双竞争速率模型模拟挥发分的析出,多表面燃烧模型和涡耗散概念(EDC)模型分别模拟异相反应和均相反应过程。研究结果表明:SG-旋风气化技术具有高碳转化率、高H_(2)/CO比的优势,高温区主要集中在射流火焰周围,梯度变化大;炉内形成漩涡流动,扰动剧烈;温度及各组分浓度在靠近烧嘴层附近变化梯度大;碳转化率随着高径比的减小有下降的趋势;气化炉上下锥形口处颗粒富集效应较为明显;上部颗粒浓相区随烧嘴平面的下移和高径比的增大而下移;下锥口处颗粒浓相区随着高径比的增大而减小。Using numerical simulation method to study the running state of the SG-cyclone coal water slurry gasifier and the influence of structural parameters,3d modeling for 3000 t/d gasifier was carried out.Realizable k-εmodel was applied to simulate turbulence diffusion,using random trajectory model to investigate the discrete phase movement,P1 radiation model considering scattering and radiation and the effect of radiation heat transfer between gas and particles,double competition rate model to simulate volatilization of precipitation,surface combustion model and the eddy diffusion concept(EDC)model respectively to simulate heterogeneous reaction and homogeneous reaction process.The results show that SG-cyclone Gasification has the advantages of high carbon conversion rate and high H_(2)/CO ratio.The high temperature area is mainly around the jet flame and the gradient varies greatly.Vortex flow is formed in the furnace and the disturbance is violent.The temperature and the concentration of each component vary greatly near the burner layer.The carbon conversion rate tends to decrease with the decrease of the ratio of height to diameter.The granule enrichment effect at the upper and lower conical mouth of gasifier are obvious.The dense phase area of the upper particle moves down with the down movement of the burner plane and the increase of the height-diameter ratio.With the increase of the height-diameter ratio,the concentration phase area at the lower cone mouth decreases.
