摘  要:针对新工科背景下地方高校工科人才培养存在的问题,提出了科学规划学校发展定位,建立"政行校企"协同育人机制,完善多方协同的工科育人模式,推进多主体协同育人的产业化学院建设,紧密结合区域产业发展打造专业(群),健全多学科交叉融合的工程人才培养模式,优化工科教师队伍,实施工程教育认证,强化工程人才的创新创业能力培养,是地方高校协同育人培养模式改革的有效路径。In view of the problems existing in the training of engineering talents in local colleges and universities under the background of"emerging engineering education",this paper puts forward some effective ways to reform the training model of collaborative education in local colleges and universities,such as scientific planning of the school’s development orientation,setting up collaborative education mechanism for the local government,the administration department,the school and the enterprise,improving the multi-Party collaborative model of engineering education,promoting the construction of industrialized college of multi-Party collaborative education,building up a professional group(cluster)by closely combining with the development of regional industry,improving the multiple-disciplinary integration of engineering talents training model,optimizing the team of engineering teachers,implementing the engineering education certification,and strengthening the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship of engineering talents.
