摘　　要：南昌海昏侯墓出土《诗经》,学界一般认为属于《鲁诗》。通过对海昏侯墓出土《诗经》中的传、故训、文字以及《齐论语》等其他竹简,结合传世文献记载,海昏侯墓《诗经》属于《韩诗》的可能性更大,可能与昌邑国《韩诗》学者王吉有关。通过海昏侯出土诸多简牍文献可知,刘贺其人虽缺少政治谋略,但也非冥顽不灵之徒。相较于汉代其他诸侯王,刘贺亦称得上是好学之人。The Book of Songs unearthed from the tomb of Marquis of the Haihun in Nanchang is generally believed to belong to Lu Poetics.According to the biography,ancient precepts,characters,Qi’s Confucian Analects and other bamboo slips in the Book of Songs unearthed from the tomb of Marquis of the Haihun,and the combination of the records of handed-down documents,the Book of Songs unearthed from the tomb of Marquis of the Haihun is more likely to belong to Han Ying’s poetry,which may be related to Wang Ji,a scholar of Han Ying’s poetry in Changyi principality.Through a lot of bamboo slips and documents unearthed from the tomb of Marquis of the Haihun,we can see that Liu He was not an improvident person though he lacked of political strategy.Compared with other princes and kings in Han Dynasty,Liu He also deserved to be called a scholar.
