摘　　要：“中国方案”既是中国的,又是世界的。中国共产党人和中国人民为人类对更好社会制度的探索提供中国方案的信心和底气来自成功的现代化实践、卓越的执政效能及其对自身的成功治理。中国共产党对后发国家现代化道路的成功探索证明了中国方案的可行性;中国共产党的执政效能优势证明了中国方案的科学性;中国共产党自身的政党治理证明了中国方案的可持续性。中国共产党带领中国人民进行的伟大历史实践,为人类提供了一条与西方道路不同的选择。中国方案是中国共产党对人类未来“建设一个什么样的世界、怎样建设这个世界”的创造性回答。The“Chinese Proposal”is both Chinese and world-wide.The confidence of the Chinese Communists and the Chinese people in providing a Chinese proposal for mankind’s exploration of a better social system stems from successful modernization practice,outstanding ruling efficiency and its successful self-governance.The successful exploration of the modernization path of the developing countries by the Communist Party of China has proved the feasibility of the“Chinese Proposal”;the superiority of the Communist Party of China’s ruling efficiency has proved;the scientific nature of the“Chinese Proposal”;and The self-governance of the Communist Party of China has proved the sustainability of the“Chinese Proposal”.The great historical practice of the Chinese people led by the Communist Party of China has provided mankind with a different choice from the Western path.The“Chinese Proposal”is the creative answer of the Communist Party of China to“what kind of world to build and how to build this world”in the future.
