摘 要:创业人才培养对于缓解大学生就业压力、为社会提供创新创业人才、满足社会经济发展需求等方面具有重要意义。在分析当前创业型人才培养重要性的基础上,对大学生的现状进行了初步分析,结合大学生当前就业形势,提出了启发引导、访谈教学及强化培养的几种创业型人才培养模式。首先着重通过案例教学及设置创业课程两个方面阐述了启发引导模式具体内涵;其次通过授课教师选用、授课模式及课后思索三个方面揭示了访谈教学的培养机制;最后,从参与竞赛、科教融合、专业培训和政府牵引等四个方面详细论述了创业人才的强化培养模式。通过对三种模式展开分析论述,探索适合创业型人才培养的新模式,以期为创业人才培养提供一定的借鉴。The cultivation of entrepreneurial talents is of great significance in alleviating the employment pressure of college students,providing innovative and entrepreneurial talents for the society,and meeting the needs of social and economic development.Based on the analysis of the importance of cultivating entrepreneurial talents,this paper makes a preliminary analysis of the present situation of college students.Combined with the current employment situation of college students,this paper puts forward several training models of entrepreneurial talents,such as heuristic guidance,interview teaching and intensive training.Firstly,the specific connotation of the heuristic guidance model is explained from two aspects:case teaching and setting up the entrepreneurship courses.Secondly,it explains the training model of interview teaching from three aspects:teacher selection,teaching model and after-class thinking.Finally,it discusses in detail the intensive training model of entrepreneurial talents from four aspects:participation in competitions,integration of scientific research and education,professional training and government guidance.Through the analysis and discussion of the three models,this paper explores the new model suitable for entrepreneurial talents training with the expectation to provide some reference for entrepreneurial talents training.
