摘  要:弹性常数是工程材料结构设计的重要参数。为了研究孔隙缺陷对三维编织C/C复合材料弹性性能的影响,考虑了纤维增强相、基体相和界面相的孔隙缺陷,建立了孔隙缺陷随机分布的纤维丝尺度和纤维束尺度的双尺度单胞模型,采用均匀化方法预报了含孔隙缺陷的三维编织C/C复合材料等效弹性常数,预报结果与实验结果吻合良好。在此基础上研究了孔隙率的影响,结果表明:(1)孔隙率对材料弹性常数有着显著影响,当孔隙率为10%时,材料轴向和径向拉伸模量分别减小11.17%和12.30%,面内和面外剪切模量分别减小11.28%和29.74%,面外泊松比减小29.32%,而面内泊松比增大0.26%;(2)基体相孔隙率对材料弹性常数的影响总体上呈线性,纤维增强相、界面相孔隙率的影响呈非线性,且组分相孔隙率的影响大小为:纤维增强相>基体相>界面相。本研究结果可为此类材料结构精细化设计和工艺优化提供参考。In order to study the effect of porosity on the effective elastic properties of three dimensional(3D)woven C/C composites,two-scale unit cells were established considering the randomly distributed pores in fiber reinforcement,matrix and interface of the material.The effective elastic constants were predicted by asym ptotic homogenization method,and the predicted results had a good agreement with the experimental results.The effect of porosity on the effective elastic constants was investigated numerically.The results show that porosity has a significant effect on the effective elastic constants.When the porosity increases by 10%,the axial and radical elastic modulus decrease by 11.17%and 12.3%,the in-plane and out plane shear elastic modulus decrease by 11.28%and 29.74%,respectively,and the out-plane Poisson’s ratio decrease by 29.32%,and the in-plane poisson's ratio increases by 0.26%.Porosity of matrix has a linear effect on the effective elastic constants,while porosities of fiber reinforcement and interphase have nonlinear effects,and the effects of porosity of constituents from large to small are reinforcement,matrix and interphase.
