摘  要:采用水相同源聚合方法合成链长可控的端羟基直链聚甲撑(PM-OH),然后以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为连接剂,结合偶联反应和同源聚合反应,可控合成了一系列具有不同亲疏水嵌段长度比的聚甲撑-聚乙二醇(PM-b-PEG)嵌段共聚物。以甲苯为共溶剂,水为选择性溶剂,自组装制备球型胶束。并对合成的PM-b-PEG聚合物胶束的尺寸和形貌进行观察。研究表明,随着疏水的PM链段增长,胶束粒径从98.23nm逐渐增大至151.90nm,胶束呈球形。说明通过PM-b-PEG嵌段共聚物的可控合成,可实现对胶束粒径的有效调节。Hydroxyl-terminated polymethylene(PM-OH)with controllable chain length was synthesized by polyhomologation method in aqueous phase.Then a series of block copolymer PM-b-PEG of different hydrophobic/hydrophilic block length ratios were synthesized controllably by combination of coupling reaction and polyhomologation,using isophoronediisocyanate(IPDI)as the coupling agent.Amphiphilic PM-b-PEGs were self-assembled into spherical micelles with toluene as the cosolvent and water as the selective solvent.The size and morphology of PM-b-PEGs were observed.With the increase of PM block length,the size of the micelles raises from 98.23 nm to 151.90 nm gradually,and the morphology of the micelles is spherical.The results indicate that the size of the micelles self-assembled could be adjusted by controllable synthesis of block copolymer PM-b-PEG.
