摘 要:将纳米石墨烯、单壁碳纳米管和纳米石墨粒子这三种碳纳米材料均匀涂覆在桑叶上饲喂四龄蚕,采用简易且绿色经济的饲喂法制备改性蚕丝。利用瞬态电热技术(TET)对蚕丝的导热性能进行研究结果表明:饲喂添加碳纳米材料的桑叶所得到的改性蚕丝的导热性能均有所降低,并且碳纳米材料的添加量越大,改性蚕丝的导热性能越低。导致改性蚕丝导热性能下降的主要原因有蚕丝蛋白质结构受损、结晶度减小、纤维内部结构存在较大的接触电阻。Nano-graphene,single-wall carbon nanotubes and nano-graphite particles were uniformly coated on mulberry leaves to feed fourth-age silkworms.Modified silk was prepared by the simple,low cost and environmental friendly feeding method.Thermal conductivity of the silk was measured by transient electrothermal technique(TET).Experimental results show that the thermal conductivity of the modified silk obtained by feeding mulberry leaves with carbon nanomaterials is reduced,and the more are the carbon nanomaterials fed,the lower the thermal conductivity of the modified silk will be.Research results and analysis show that the thermal conductivity of the modified silk is decreased mainly due to the damage of protein structure,the decrease of crystallinity and the high contact resistance in the fiber.The research results will provide theoretical basis for the design and application of silk in thermal management devices,and have rationally guiding significance for follow-up experimental exploration.
