摘 要:采用欧拉两相流模型和标准的k-ε湍流模型,对一种喷射型分配器进行了数值模拟,在此基础上探讨了气相入口结构、液相入口数量、出口喷嘴直径等对分配器不均匀度和压力降等性能的影响,进而优化了分配器结构。研究结果表明,改进型分配器气相入口形式为朝向同侧的2孔,液相入口个数为4个,出口喷嘴直径为12 mm,分配器下方200 mm的液相分布不均匀度为0.170 2,与基本构型分配器相比降低了3.46%,可在一定程度上改善分布效果;压力降与基本构型分配器的压力降相近。The numerical simulation and optimization of a spray distributor are studied, and the mathematical model of the spray distributor is established by using the Euler two-phase flow model and the standard turbulence model. Based on the simulation analysis of the basic configuration of the spray distributor, the influences of the inlet structure of gas phase, the number of liquid phase inlets and the diameter of outlet nozzle on the nonuniformity and pressure drop of the distributor are discussed, and then the structure of the distributor is optimized. The results show that the gas phase inlet form of the modified distributor is 2 holes toward the same side, the number of liquid phase inlets is 4, and the outlet nozzle diameter is 12 mm. Its liquid distribution nonuniformity of catalyst bed layer is 0.170 2, which is reduced by 3.46% compared with basic configuration distributor, and it can achieve a good liquid distribution effect. The pressure drop is similar to that of the basic configuration distributor.
