摘  要:电网运行环境复杂性、随机性的不断加剧,使得实现电网静态稳定态势的在线评估具有重要工程意义。首先对电网演进趋势与节点电压相量偏移轨迹特征间的相关性进行了分析,并利用熵理论构建了电压相量偏移指标,以实时衡量节点在电网运动进程中的主导性强弱;从"源–网–荷"统一角度构建了电网电磁功率传递与节点电压相量各分量属性的联系,进而提出了利用差分稳定系数指标来评估电网能量稳定态势;然后融合两种指标并提出了基于电压量测信息的电网静态稳定在线评估方法。最后通过对IEEE39节点系统的仿真验证了所提方法的有效性。With the increasing complexity and randomness of power grid operation environment, it is of great engineering significance to realize the online assessment of grid static stability. In this paper, the correlation between the power grid evolution trend and the node voltage phasor shift characteristics is firstly analyzed, and the voltage shift index is constructed by using the entropy theory to assess the dominance of nodes in the evolution process of the power grid. From the point of "source-network-load" unification, the relationship between the electromagnetic power transmission in the grid and the components of the node voltage phasors is constructed, then the differential stability coefficient is proposed to evaluate the energy transmission stability. Finally, an online static stability assessment based on the voltage measurement information is proposed after combining the above two indexes. The simulation of the IEEE 39-bus system verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
