摘 要:海上油田群电力系统作为深远海油田唯一的动力来源,其安全可靠运行是海洋石油安全生产的前提。针对海上油田群电力系统,提出了计及生产指标的海上油田群电力系统可靠性评估方法。由于海上油田群生产目标明确,且原油减产量和电量不足期望并无明确的函数关系,因此提出了生产可靠性指标,以更好地评估故障造成的损失。此外海上油田群负荷数目少,负荷相关性强,切负荷操作不同于陆上电力系统,因此建立了负荷联动切负荷模型,并完善了优先脱扣切负荷模型。采用上述方法对JA油田群电力系统进行了可靠性评估,发现海上油田群电力系统最为薄弱的部分为输电系统。通过增建线路形成环网等措施可在一定程度上提高电力系统可靠性。As the only power source for offshore isolated oilfield groups, the safety and reliability of the offshore oil power system is a prerequisite for the production of offshore oil. Therefore, it is of practical value to evaluate the reliability of the offshore oil power system. This paper proposes a reliability evaluation method of offshore oil power system considering the production indexes. Since the production targets of offshore oilfield groups are clear and there is no clear functional relationship between the oil production and the electricity supply, the production reliability indicators are proposed to better assess the losses caused by the faults. In addition, with the fewer loads in the power systems and the stronger correlation between the loads, the load shedding operation is different from that of onshore power system. Therefore, a discrete trip load shedding model and a load linkage load shedding model are established. The method is used to evaluate the reliability of the JA oilfield group power system. It is found that the weakest part of the offshore oilfield group power system is the transmission system. By adding lines to form a ring network, the reliability of the power system can be improved.
