摘  要:针对现有计算方法无法准确表征油浸式特高压并联电抗器铁心叠片规则且未考虑流-固耦合影响的问题。根据特高压并联电抗器铁心叠片规则定义了一组叠片坐标系,并构建了与空间直角坐标系的映射,实现了2种坐标系下参数的自由转换。结合电磁-机械多场耦合模型,重点分析了铁心与变压器油间的流-固耦合,提出了计及铁心叠片规则与流-固耦合的特高压并联电抗器铁心振动计算方法,填补了具有辐射结构铁心饼的油浸式双柱特高压并联电抗器铁心振动计算方法的空白。分别分析了铁心饼辐射结构和流-固耦合对电抗器铁心电磁与振动参数的影响,证明了文中所述方法能够提高电抗器铁心振动参数的计算准确性。在此基础上,应用该方法对比分析了典型结构单、双柱特高压并联电抗器铁心的电磁与振动参数,研究结果表明:单柱式铁心结构的电磁、振动参数分布较双柱式更为均匀,振动性能更为优异。The existing vibration calculation method can not characterize the lamination rules of the oil-immersed UHV shunt reactor core and the effect of the fluid-solid coupling. Therefore, a set of laminated coordinate systems is defined based on the laminated structure of the UHV shunt reactor core. The mapping of the laminated coordinate system on the spatial Cartesian coordinate system is also constructed, realizing the conversion of the parameters in the two coordinate systems. The influence of the fluid-solid coupling between the core and the transformer oil on the vibration is analyzed, referring to the electromagnetic-mechanical multi-field coupling model. Then the calculation method of UHV shunt reactor core vibration considering core lamination rules and fluid-solid coupling is proposed, filling the blank of the calculation method for the core vibration of the oil-immersed double-column UHV shunt reactor with the radiant structure core cakes. The effects of the radiating structure of core cake and fluid-solid coupling on the electromagnetic vibration parameters of the reactor core are analyzed respectively, validating the calculation accuracy of reactor core vibration parameters proposed here. On this basis, the electromagnetic and the vibration parameters of the two typical structural cores of single and double-column UHV shunt reactors are further analyzed. The results show that the electromagnetic and the vibration parameters of the single-column core structure are more uniform in distribution than the double-column core structure and its vibration performance is superior.
