摘　　要：目的:评价丙泊酚中/长链脂肪乳预充注射液与注射液的经济性以及配置药师的满意度。方法:采用现场模拟试验法,由5名配置药师在静脉用药调配中心分别对2种注射液模拟手术室环境进行配置准备。比较2种注射液的配置时间,采用最小成本分析方法评价2种注射液配置的经济性,采用问卷调查方法调查配置药师的满意度,评分1~5分依次表示非常不满意至非常满意。结果:使用丙泊酚中/长链脂肪乳预充注射液可使单支丙泊酚注射液配置时间缩短(40.20±5.15) s,P=0.000 1;单台手术配置成本减少(12.18±0.74)元,P <0.000 1;配置药师对预充注射液总体满意度提高(1.8±1.64)分,P=0.071;配置药师安全性提高(2.0±1.58)分,P=0.047;操作便捷性提高(2.2±1.64)分,P=0.040;避免配置错误提高(1.4±1.52)分,P=0.11。结论:使用丙泊酚中/长链脂肪乳预充注射液可以显著缩短配置时间并节约成本,配置药师满意度更高。Objective: To compare the economics of prefilled syringe vs. injection of propofol medium and long chain fat emulsion,and to evaluate the satisfaction of dispensers. Methods: Adopting simulated field test method,five dispensers used prefilled syringe or injection to prepare propofol medium and long chain fat emulsion in the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services. The time saving was compared,and cost minimization analysis was conducted to evaluate the economics. The satisfaction of dispensers was investigated with a questionnaire survey,and the scores from 1 to 5 stand for being very dissatisfied to very satisfied. Results: Prefilled syringes shortened the time for preparing a single propofol by at least( 40. 20 ± 5. 15) s,P = 0. 000 1,and reduced the preparation cost in a single operation by at least( 12. 18 ± 0. 74) RMB,P < 0. 000 1. The score was( 1. 8 ± 1. 64)points higher in using prefilled syringes for the overall satisfaction( P = 0. 071),( 2. 0 ± 1. 58) points higher for improving the safety of dispensers( P = 0. 047),( 2. 2 ± 1. 64) points higher for facilitating the preparations( P =0. 040),and( 1. 4 ± 1. 52) points higher for avoiding preparation errors( P = 0. 11). Conclusion: It significantly reduced costs and shortened the preparation time to prepare propofol medium and long chain fat emulsion prefilled syringes. Dispensers were more satisfied with prefilled syringes.
